With an experience of 41 years in international fashion sourcing and selling industry, she is running 3 companies in 3 countries successfully.

She has masters qualifications in Fashion Design Merchandising and Textiles with honors all throughout being the best student of the University. She was awarded the gold medal by the President of India.

Her first job in the Apparel industry in 1981 involved traveling to USA as an award for being the best employee of the company. She travelled to China in 1984 just after it opened its doors to foreign businesses.  From there the journey of travelling to various countries and continents never stopped in terms of collaborating with fashion giants across the globe.

Diane joined Aspirado after working with Ulla Popken USA.

After graduating MBA from University of Aberdeen, Scotland, Ayush has specialized in getting meetings with decision makers at fashion companies like Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, ASOS.com, Stradivarius, Colony Brands USA, Potpourri Group Inc USA, Amerimark Direct LLC USA  and more.
